M. Berger Land Company
M. Berger Land Company (MBLC) is a private, family-owned and operated partnership that provides Pittsburgh warehouses. Currently, Michael Berger serves as the Menagerie Partner, and Mark Berger directs marketing as a Partner for MBLC.
Founded by Democratic fundraiser and philanthropist Meyer Berger (1912-1997), MBLC owns and manages 4.4 acres of property on the historic South Side of Pittsburgh, between the Smithfield and 10th street bridges, along the Monongahela river just off the Great Allegheny Passage Bike Trail.
Our location is unique with easy access to highways and public transportation. We are also an easy walk to the local south side bar and restaurant scene. We are located right across the river from Downtown:
